Pros
Good training, great work space, great location, close to public transportation. The company has many social gatherings and opportunities to connect with other professionals in Evanston.
Cons
however the management team is lacking. Many of the managers are disrespectful and condescending. When I was hired the hr employee presented the job differently than it really was. The Partners of this company are the only saving grace they are both great to work with but they are so busy a lot of the day to day drama never hits their desk. The entire company has a clique mentality if you don't buy into this mindset you will have a hard time here. Many of the "popular" employees don't really work hard because they are to busy online shopping to actually do some work. The best part is no one will ever address their behavior because they are above normal standards.
