      Just one plus point is thatIncentive plan is good here.

      he management is so worst that has turned all the pros to cons. They just want to find out the faults of recruiters and at the same time someone from tthe management is sleeping in his cabin and someone is playing games. Management should start respecting their recruiters because once they were at the same designation and they know the struggle very well. And by any chance you question their decision they will be after your life.
