Pros

Great people to work with. Fun environment, lots of engagement opportunities, great benefits.

Cons

To many products to sell...need to align the products with a core message. might move the whole company to Austin Texas. poor pay, and to much uncertainty around the acquisition by Vista Equity.

Advice to Management

There is to much management in this company. Too many levels that can be completely wiped away. They need to squash the management structure to a more reasonable level.

    Pros

    Telework flexibility; that's about it.

    Cons

There are corporate acquisitions every other week that completely redefine the culture. It's always looking for the next "big thing" but can't hold on to the things it has. Steadily losing accounts in key markets and for good reason; overall mismanagement. Corporate office in San Diego is completely oblivious to other work locations.

    Advice to Management

Solicit feedback from an accurate cross-section of different layers of employees in different offices and locations. Clearly, you're doing it wrong.
