    Pros

Couldn't ask for better clients! Beautiful office. Visa sponsorship. The owner is a true entrepreneur who has brought rapid growth to the agency over the years. Everyone is generally nice and friendly. Some very smart and professional people. The agency is trying everything they can to turn digital - a precious effort in the Asian agency business.

    Cons

Base salary is not competitive at all. Horrible work life balance for many people. Some lazy and dumb managers. Very stict with vacations or personal days off.

    Advice to Management

Talk to junior staff more. There are talented people who work really hard but are paid pathetically. Think of some incentives to show you actually trust your employees and for people to be even more motivated, like, more flexibility with time off, sick leaves, early leaves etc.

    Pros

Great place for entry-level and starting in the business. You have the opportunity to learn a lot and have experienced team members who are willing to guide you or help you out.

    Cons

Since the culture is primarily Asian, there is a difficulty in adjusting to the culture.
