      Negative Outlook

      I worked at AdAsia Communications

      Pros

Friendly work environment that had a healthy work life balance. Management did what they could to encourage growth and always searched for opportunities to promote within.

      Cons

Small company that makes growth somewhat difficult. Internal processes could be fine tuned in order to maximize efficiency and workflow.

      Advice to Management

Continue to search for different opportunities as an agency so that your scope of work can grow into a bigger market. Don't be afraid to learn new things and step out of comfort zones.
