    Cons

None everything was as it should be for an ad company

    Advice to Management

Everyone in management was very upfront with everything that was going on if there was an issue we would have a meeting and discuss how to adress it. Which was great to see.

I worked at AdKarma full-time for more than a year

    Pros

First and foremost the people. After that the extra perks that were thrown in, like lunches and snacks and such.

    Cons

The corporate people / offsite people. The higher ups constantly did things that hindered the work and morale of those in the Columbia office. Also the onsite IT guy was/is terrible.

    Advice to Management

Look at the group you have in the Columbia office, there are a few rising stars there in every department at that location. If you over look them, they'll end up proving their value else where, potentially with your competitors.
