Pros

New hires are nice to work with but most are leaving this company as soon as they feel the atmosphere within the company.

Cons

- Lack of respect from upper management
- Retaliation - If they don't like an employee they force them to leave
- No employee recognition
- No Team work and coordination of work
- Overworking everyone
- Management and Account managers are nonsense...

The management staff was inconsiderate, uneducated, and unreliable. There was poor communication throughout the company of what was expected from you and what was expected from management and others. Money hungry, uncaring company to work for.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees instead of continually pushing issues.
Hire more experienced upper management.
Stop over working everyone.
Don't dump new hires into jobs they are not ready for, and before they are trained. (Yes, even if this means rejecting some customers to ease up on the work load).

I worked at AdMed as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone that works here is extremely kind and helpful. There is a healthy work environment and everyone communicates with each other.

    Cons

The challenges that come from working here have partly to do with the nature of being a client based company and partly to do with understaffing-at most times it always felt like products had to be rushed out or that something was due, and that there could be a few more employees to help. But if you're up for that challenge, that's the only real drawback.

I worked at AdMed full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The workforce is pretty close to each other because they all share a common enemy. That is the only thing.

    Cons

Nobody truly has enough time to list all the cons to working here. The cons overflow into everyone's personal lives. Your relationships/marriage and your future plans will be adversely effected. Your professional life will be one of anger, frustration, fear, sadness, and what's known as the "chilling effect". I waited longer than the required two years to write this, that's how negatively this place impacts its people. Compensation falls roughly under the 25% mark compared of what it should be for what they require you to do and put up with. Only at 4 times the salary would anyone be accepting of this most extreme hostile work environment for more than the typical 1-2 years. And that would only be to save and RUN!

You will not be able to use this employer as a reference or stepping stone in your professional career. Personal growth is strongly discouraged.

This place didn't have an HR department and I'm not sure it ever did....let that bounce around your thoughts for a few days before your interview. This may not still be true. However, for an HR department to exist here....many, I mean many, fundamental changes would have had to occur over the last few years. Only then would this review be irrelevant.

    Sell.
