Leadership doesn't talk to each other. You will be told the same thing from multiple managers. In-office environment is way too uptight. They will also record any minor thing you mess up and then bring it up months later and rope it into a written warning of multiple random things put together. They are also on government contracts so they may put you on a project that has no work at all and just expect you to exist with nothing to do.
