Out dated system.
Really think we could be paperless
All the equipment is outdated or broke
It takes really long to get anything replaced or fixed

Advice to Management

It would be nice to be paperless it would save so much money.
Also updating the printer, fax and photo copier would make work more efficient.
Really should have more up beat commercials

    Pros

    you get to sit down a lot, they offer benefits standard to other employers, it's not a difficult job, every day is pretty much the same

    Cons

    management was very disrespectful, too much pressure to achieve unrealistic results, two-faced expectations, very long hours and you don't always have the help you need at your center, I felt underpaid and overworked a lot of the time, if customers wouldn't answer their phones you got blamed for poor collections

    Advice to Management

    you need management who genuinely care about their employees and do not treat them nicely one moment and then the very next moment gripe them out for things that are not in their control, the upper management doesn't care if you work way to much and it feels as though they are just getting to sit at home and relax while you do all of the hard work, more communication would have been greatly appreciated, also do not say one thing one moment and then go back on what you said the next

    Pros

    It is a job thats they best thing about it is it is a check every two weeks.At my center i would says the best pro for me would be some of my customers(nothing to do with Advance america)

    Cons

    Work hours for starters,My DDO with her attuide,unable to have family time due to work,company feels as if they kno wats imporant in your lifre more so than you dothis is just a start of cons for me.
