      Pros

      The diversity of projects coming in is refreshing! There is always something new, and the work is meaningful. Collaboration and creativity are encouraged, and management always makes time for annual outings and playful banter. I have never worked for a boss who was more supportive and forward-thinking.

      Cons

      If being too busy could be considered a con, then that is the only con I can think of. Sometimes it is difficult to get approval or feedback on ideas to move forward on personal work goals. However, there are always plenty of other projects to work on.

      AED emphasizes working in teams on fun projects, keeps work schedules flexible to achieve easy work/life balance, and makes the health and happiness of employees a priority.

      Pros

      -Whole team is great to work with (engineers, purchasing team, manufacturing team), except CEO and some managers -Projects are fun, challenging and exciting -Building is new and fun to work in

      Cons

      This used to be a great place to work, until the CEO decided to aggressively grow the company in 2023. Since then many employees have left due to the CEO's poor business decisions and toxic behavior. It's a shame because AED has the potential to be one of the most fun companies to work for. Even current employees don't want to refer friends to the open positions because of the CEO.
