Paul the owner has bought in some old names, trying to revive, these members left years ago due to bully claims. Fake positive reviews from these new starters. Company culture doesn't change overnight. The company are struggling financially and now reporting positively to the few remaining staff. Toxic leadership. No honesty or transparency. Micky Mouse company, with no direction, you can get a lot better salary, commission, perks nearby at competitors. The business is struggling hugely and desperately trying to have a facade of look at us, giving out staff Fridays off. Company has gone downhill and the next six months looks more miserable. Lots of gossiping, backstabbing and this culture is encourage by leadership. No progression plan, no career development. Poor reputation locally.
