    I worked at Advantage xPO full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good induction and training, company attempts to create an inclusive culture. Very large company with potential movement between MSP sites.

    Cons

    People working at different sites can have very different experiences. Although there is a commission structure the pay isnt great. High turnover can makes the job harder.

    Advice to Management

    Management need to get the teams involved more, there is a disconnect between staff and the senior management team.
