I worked at AdventHealth University full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The people there are wonderful and are truly there because they love the students, not the low pay.

    Cons

No room to move up. They do not train for advancement. The faculty is a different story, but not for staff.

    Pros

-Lush, green university campus with many outdoor spaces -Team environment was a plus -Kind co-workers, wonderful to work with -Worked with my class schedule

    Cons

-Student workers are excluded from company-wide team building seminars.
