I worked at Aerotek full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Exposure to specific industries, opportunity to build genuine relationships with clients, outside and inside sales environment

    Cons

Horrible management, tenured employees form closed culture. I felt like if I didn't work until 7pm I was "taking a half day."

    Advice to Management

Corporate office might be nicer, look into branch culture/management. Hire 3rd party organization to conduct organization wide survey.

I have been working at Aerotek as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

I cannot find any pros for the lack of Customer Service

    Cons

When an employee does not receive a paycheck the lack of urgency on the part of the company is to blame the postal service for not delivering it. No offer to "make it right" except to say "you (hourly employee w/o a paycheck) have to wait 10 business days for "corporate" to put a stop payment on the check supposedly mailed.

    Advice to Management

Empower your employees to correct an obvious problem immediately vs. have someone depending on a paycheck every Friday have to wait 10 business days for corporate to re-issue a check.
