Minimal number of interns, making it a generally older work environment. Work can be repetitive at times too.

    I worked at Aerotek full-time

    Pros

Will give you good experience if you want to pursue sales or HR - but you have to put in your time

    Cons

very low Low pay - which allows them to hire young grads or people in transition. Gotta play politics and right place right time type of promotions. I was promoted to a role later on and was still heavy under paid for my work load. Once you make it though, at a higher level, your set but very difficult to get there. Lots of people gunning for those spots.

    Advice to Management

Commit to developing your team just as much as you commit to promoting yourself

I have been working at Aerotek full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people are nice and motivated to help you. If you are lucky enough to have an account manager that has established business you can be quite successful.

    Cons

You're not as much in control of your fate as they'd have you believe. If you don't have an established manager, you probably won't be successful.

    Advice to Management

Employee work-life balance is horrible. Client expectations need to be managed better so employees can have a better lifestyle.
