    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    -Good experience
-A capstone project for all interns
-Networking events with other interns and employees
    -Looks good on your resume

    Cons

    -Programmers are offshore
-Didn't learn too much during the internship.
-Projects were trivial, not too related to the team.
-Team doesn't really care about you as the intern (they have more important tasks than helping you) except for your manager

    Advice to Management

It would be a better internship experience if you give relevant projects for the interns to do and help them along the way if they need help.

    Pros

They are flexible with PTO time. For Analysts, they have flexible hours which are fantastic, and they provide passes for public transportation. They have a decent benefits spread including stock options. They have current technology. They give you surprise bonuses in lieu of competitive compensation. They have high-profile clientele.

    Cons

My job was the type that is production driven with 30 monthly "audits" that are mainly done to avoid giving a performance bonus. The co-workers do NOT support each other and/or work together. A lot of very aggressive and mean-spirited behavior is practiced by some managers. The workload is set up for "cherry picking" from electronic buckets of data. Most people pick and choose the easiest work from the buckets leaving the lemons for their coworkers knowing management won't call them on it. If you're not on the east coast where the main offices are, there is little opportunity for promotion.

    Advice to Management

Get TRAINED!! So many of the supervisors are former Customer Service Reps or friends of the Manager. They do not have the training to be good managers which in turn sends the message to the staff that "bad behavior is tolerated here."
