I have been working at Aetna full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Thought leaders who encourage diversity at every opportunity across many different products and segments. Great opportunities within many business areas and an increasing customer focus.

    Cons

Still working to get out of the corporate mindset of a large, multinational managed care organization - the Hartford factor - still there but decreasing by the day.

    Advice to Management

Stick to the strategy and keep empowering employees to cut down silos and bureaucracy and make the best decisions for the enterprise.
