    worst onboarding/training ever

    Pros

Telecommuting is great for some people..but it i can also be a challenge for leadership to build a team.and to have people feel engaged. No one even tries here. The training was the worst..mentors too busy, acted rushed and like it was a big bother to help There were many days there werent any mentors available and it was fend for yourself, find something to do.. The virtual classroom training and mentoring didnt match up..so the mentor would be showing one thing, and the training covering something else..it was difficult to get a picture of the entire process. The way you learned was to make a mistake and get jumped all over. My advice to new hires is just get through training if you can, the job it self is ok..Now that I am out of training and on my own..I really see how difficult the training process made the job appear.

    Cons
