    Great Company with good policies.

    Cons

They seem to hire too many agents and don't work with them long enough to keep them.

I have been working at Aflac as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Products you can have pride in selling, flexible hours, great opportunity for advancement, Many ways to build lasting income (i.e. Renewals, Stock, Override). If you are determined to make it work, and build a career, you will. With any sales job, you get what you put in, and with AFLAC it is a much greater investment than what the recruiters initially tell you, but it is also much less than an investment in any other franchise.

    Cons

Lobby Saturation, Number of New Hires, 100% Commission, Training is inconsistent, Alot of Gas Money Spent, Cold-Calling.

    Advice to Management

Stop the micro-managing. Be fair and consistent to employees. Make it easier for Lower-Level Management to handle training new associates.
