Since the date of your review, we’ve taken a few steps to address some of your concerns, including building a stronger learning & development culture (with an online learning portal, locally delivered workshops, and manager programs), and having our senior leadership team commit to more frequent communications so that people feel engaged in the big picture (via Town Halls, monthly updates and onsite visits). You’re right that our company is experiencing fast growth, and as we grow we’ll continue to invest in finding better ways of doing things. Hope you’ll come stay with us for the ride!
