I have been working at Air Canada full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours, fair compensation, travel and health benefits and generally good team.

    Cons

People who were merged in back in 2001 and are still resentful about still having a job.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the front line employees who clearly care. No one in head office is such an expert that they can't learn from those people who work directly with the customers. Break down the silo mentality.
