I have been working at Air Products full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Flexible working arrangements, competitive salary & benefits, profitable, challenging, supportive of career development and professional training/education.

Cons

Focused on stock market/wall street and bound to delivering profit, even at the expense of laying off loyal and hard working employees with many, many years of service, cutting benefits...

Advice to Management

Focus less on diversity and more on advancing loyal and hard working employees. Be careful who you appoint to project leadership positions. Leaders who run over people to get their project deliverables are not the best choices and can lead to over stressing people in those programs.

I have been working at Air Products full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Regular paycheck at below market rates

    Cons

Incompetent management. Terrible Work to Life Balance. Employees are treated like slaves. Employees are expected to work 60 to 70 hours per week for 40 hours pay. They use every dirty trick they can think of to keep from giving paid time off for holidays and vacations.

    Advice to Management

Quit and hire new managers who understand planning and scheduling. Air Products is an American company not an Asian company.
