Pros
I have worked here on and off for many years, and during these times I have always had a sense of family with my co-workers. I have had many opportunities to learn new skills and move around to different positions within the company. Its great that ASI wants you to find a position in the company that highlights your personal skills and gives you opportunities for growth. I walk out the door most days feeling very accomplished. There are many different personality types within management, but all of them are willing to listen to anyone on any level of totem pole if you bring a legitimate concern or process improvement. Schedules have always been flexible to help out with life's little issues which is a super plus for me personally. If you are the type of person who wants to enjoy coming to work each day, then this can be the place for you. You will definitely get back what you give here.
Cons
Like anywhere, you have to filter through a few negative personalities, but that is life. in a 500+ person company you are going to run into a few that think the sky is falling.
