Pros

Ajilon still offers a solid work-life balance where management will not question days off or time needed for family issues. As long as this isn't excessive and you are performing you will have some work-life balance. The benefits plan is competitive and their office space is state-of-the-art.

Cons

When their parent company Adecco took over the comp plan was changed. There is now no way for a specialty recruiter/sales rep to make the kind of money they once could. All of their major competitors are offering a more lucrative comp plan. Also, for new hires...the training program has taken a turn for the worse. You'll do abut 50 on-line traning moduels with little role play and interaction with management. From there you are expected to jump in and must maintained a two hour call block of 30 connects per day. This is fine if you have a support team. Unfortunately, all of the highly successful mentors that spent 10+ years with the company have left now that Adecco is operating it like a high volume low margin business.

Advice to Management

Develop your people and they will produce for you. Be honest about the compensation plan and the merger with MPS.

    Cons

Sometimes there was poor communication about changes in my job
Account managers didn't always have accurate knowledge about clients or the clients' needs.
    Benefits are not very good.

    Advice to Management

Overall, I enjoyed working for ajilon more than any other staffing company. The main thing that needs to be improved is the relationships with clients. Especially what the client's needs are and changes happening at the clients.

ability to make our own decisions and work cohesively
used to have a great team oriented, fun environment that rewarded staff and communication was effective

    Cons

as the company became more corporate (the parent company was more involved) it has become all about number, results, doesnt care for employees, work/life balance or the general wellbeing of the employees.

    Advice to Management

get back to your roots- it was why you had such strong talent before. it was a great place to work..
