has a great brand like Toyota..which is essentially the lifeline of the group

Average of 30% staff turnover in a 24month period from among the sales management...performance appraisal though technologically advanced, is unfair and does not take any real scenario into account, is theoretical, lacks transparency and highly biased against the appraisee, giving the appraiser unfair advantages..business process is impractical and implementation is poor (also changes every 6 months)..growth and profits is only due to the brand power (read TOYOTA)
