Pros

Great benefits and co-workers. Used to have a great company culture.

Cons

The culture has changed now that the company keeps going through re-org after re-org. The company is becoming less productive because people are fearing for their jobs. Lots of negativity and a lack of trust in mgmt

Advice to Management

Don't just think short term. We posted one of the best profits in the industry, don't make everything seem so "peachy" if you keep letting more and more people go. Tell the truth so people can plan ahead.

I have been working at Alaska Airlines part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Airline that cares about their employees and customers. Lots of company events and incentives.

    Cons

Less flexibility with schedules at small stations. Part timers are often required to work six days while full timers work four.

    Advice to Management

Have a dedicated manager at every station instead of regional managers.
