    opportunities for advancement and training, ability to network is very great

    Cons

    short lunch breaks only 30 minutes for hospital staff, some create and unhappy environment because they are unhappy with their own jobs.

    Advice to Management

    Changes in the HR department without cross training staff provide a disservice to other departments that rely on the HR and their structure.First impressions are vital from any perspective.
