World class or even just clever ideas are not always paired with realistic business expectations. Architected in the very beginning to support full time remote workers from time zones around the U.S. Excellent documentation and tools to support your work without constantly dragging coworkers into meetings to sync. Go hard, but work on your day's hours.
Cons
It's a pre-revenue startup... though this is a pro depending on your risk tolerance. With any startup but specifically in very early stages there's a hell of a lot going on and major changes to the company have and will happen in the future. You'll need a strong stomach and be able to self start on projects you understand are important to succeed here.
