I have been working at Alder full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

I’ve been with Alder for more than 5 years now. The company has been experiencing steady growth for quite awhile now and doesn’t seem to be slowing down any time soon. I’ve learned a lot from working here as a service technician.

Cons

I’ve heard of guys complaining, but it’s because it wasn’t their passion.

Advice to Management

Great work from management

I have been working at Alder full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Being a scheduling specialist, my job isn’t too demanding of me. My script is self explanatory and after constant repetition, it becomes like second nature. The work environment isn’t stressful. Other employees are generally pretty friendly.

    Cons

Back to back scheduling can be overwhelming, but this isn’t the norm.

    Advice to Management

Whatever you’ve been doing the last few months, build on it even more. The future of Alder has never looked brighter.
