Pros
Plenty of room to grow as an individual and your technical skills. Alder gives you the ability to share your thoughts on how certain aspects can be approved, and those thoughts are heard and often times implemented.
Cons
not a lot. The lack of budgets can be a headache, but thats about it.

Pros
If you are in your late 20's-30's with either no degree or a useless degree like Music Performance or something, OR if you are related to Schanz by blood or marriage, then Alder is literally the best place you could be. Or if you are an ex or current convict, Alder will take a chance on you. Sounds like a joke but it is not. They are all about taking people that society has rejected and giving them a chance (for less than industry standard pay of course) They do not care at all about a college degree or any of your credentials. OR if you are a Harvard MBA that has somehow become a peon, this is also a great place for you. (There have legit been a couple of those here too)
Cons
If you have even an ounce of recognized credentials, run. This place has no benefits other than newly introduced, subpar health insurance, no HR, no structure, no retirement, no reason to exist for you. Take your degree (unless it is a Harvard MBA for some reason) and get a 401k match like a normal human being. Please. You will be miserable here if you stay. Unless you are a degen, go somewhere, anywhere else.
