They use every chance to slander, underhand your progress, and be very two-faced about their decision-making. A lack of a training program and a very tedious work-life balance do not really allow for positive feedback or much of any way to prove oneself. Stuck up upper management. That one review that was shared on here, it definitely does have that veneer of it being a collaborative culture, when in fact they look to undermine your every move along with being very petty about current situations.
