Pros

The people are phenomenal. Its more like working with family.

Working contracts you never know if your going to win them or lose them.

Advice to Management

Be less top heavy. Management makes to much, let it trickle down to the little folks doing the work.

1.Trim the fat from the top. There are so many management layers that does not provide value to the customers.
    2. De-leverage the company.
    3. Corporate should not take bonuses when the company stock continues the downward spiral.

I have been working at Alion full-time

    Pros

Flexible Work Schedule. A job is a job?

    Cons

Too much subcontracting. People need to be hired as actual employees with benefits. Upper management does not actually manage anything except the books.
