Pros

Positive people
Laidback
Willing to increase salary
Provides counselors

Cons

I was hired as a permanent employee because there was a previous high turnover rate.
My former office mate left because there was no upward mobility for skilled technical workers and the company would not pay for outside education.
Three people committed suicide at the client site and affected my current office mate's emotional psyche.
My current office mate only has enough room for a stool and had to buy his own computer equipment due to the low connectivity.
They ask single people without kids or spouses to work night shifts until 6AM in the morning in addition to their regular day job.
Some coworkers will either expect you to do all their work for them or will lie to make you think you already agreed to do something you do not agree to do.
There are very few options for morale-boosting social activities.

Advice to Management

The annual ethics review needs to be more than a PowerPoint. It should also talk about integrity.
