I have been working at All Covered full-time (More than a year)

Pros

You will get great technical experience and exposure to most main stream technologies. If you are just beginning your career in IT and need to gain more experience rapidly, then All Covered is a good choice.

Cons

If you want to work at All Covered, be prepared to put your life on hold. With all the after hours work, constant emails and phone calls all day and most nights, your personal life will be ruined.
Despite pronouncements the CEO made 12 to 18 months ago about how many acquisitions All Covered intended to complete, the pace of acquisitions has ground to a halt in the last 12 months and the recent departure of the their head of mergers and acquisitions is another indication that their business strategy is not working. Integrating the acquired companies has proved to be much more difficult than they expected.
All Covered is finding it more and more difficult each day to meet their customer expectations. As an employee, don't expect anything from All Covered other than long hours, no personal life and no gratitude from the company...

I have been working at All Covered full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Often good experience and exposure to new technology. Used to be a good company, or at least the companies purchased by Konica Minolta and rolled into All Covered used to be.

    Cons

Erratic hours. On call with little to no notice and a very late night may be followed by a very early morning. Pay is low, don't sign agreements that include some of your salary as bonus structure, these won't be paid. Company very slow to reimburse out-of-pocket expenses, the expense and job-tracking software is a disaster. No end-of-year bonuses. Little 'culture,' you're just a low-value cog and line-item expense.

    Advice to Management

With plenty of work to do, there is no excuse for demoralizing employees into low productivity. Destruction of the company culture will erode profitability.
