I worked at All Covered full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Work with the latest business IT technology. The company is focused on offering a comprehensive suite of IT products for their customers.

Cons

Parent company is still focused on the document imaging space, selling IT Services as an add-on product. Very difficult to get the attention of most copier sales staff.

I worked at All Covered full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I was at the company for over 5 years and found it to be a great learning environment. The field engineers in my region were great to work with and could be counted upon to help at any time, with any problem.

    Cons

Training is not valued by senior management, it was talked about constantly, but it never appeared.
Competitive pay is not there - look at the attrition numbers - people don't quit to make less money.
Working weekends and afterhours to resolve issues is normal.
Project work: the client gets billed at a premium rate for weekends and the engineer is lucky to get comp time.

    Advice to Management

Don't promote someone just because he is the last overworked engineer in a market and you're afraid he'll quit. You don't end up with a senior level engineer, you just end up with someone with senior level bitterness. Bite the bullet and hire people.

Cut the copier salesmen out of the decision loop, they're worthless.

I worked at All Covered full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None whatsoever. Although this would be a perfect place of employment for a sadomasochist.

    Cons

They will rob any person blind if they think they can make a buck. They'll do this at the expense of their employees. The CEO had us all in a meeting and he told the entire group that "he can convince anyone to give him more money". Watching him talk was like Alex in Clockwork Orange getting his therapy.

    Advice to Management

My advice to the management is to go burn in hell. Ever single one of you.
