    Pros

    Non union. Competitive pay and benifits. Management very understanding and loose.

    Cons

    Impossible to change shifts. Will not take advice of imporvment from production floor and if so will receive very little benifit. Not really valued by upper manegment.

    Change cons to pros.

    Pros

    At Wah Chang, you get to work with some great people. They are very flexible with student schedules and give you many opportunities to learn and grow.

    Cons

    It can be very hectic working on the Help Desk. The work load can be very demanding and there is often not enough resources to fulfill all the help desk requests that come in.

    Advice to Management

    Try not to stretch the IS Help Desk too thin by adding more and more systems to support and policies to enforce without increasing personnel to compensate.
