    Pros

Competitive pay. Great name to have on your resume.

    Cons

Benefits could be better. Very hierarchal environment where everyone, especially the partners like to remind the associates of what everyones titles are and with that, what they're allowed to do and what they aren't. Pros

Onsite facilities and amenities are excellent

    Cons

They talk a lot about diversity and have all kinds of initiatives, but it's still a big city firm that only cares about chargeable hours. The smile doesn't reach the eyes.

    Advice to Management

Give employees a safe environment to whistleblow. There's no trust that disclosing something won't be severely career limiting.
