I have been working at Allianz full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Nice atmosphere, big company, good benefits. A good place to work for someone who has a family as the work life balance is good - most people leave around 5:30.

Cons

Some disconnect due to multiple locations - hard to get hold of people. Apart from that, not bad. I would work here again.

    Pros

Great opportunity for developping your career in international worlwide Company. Mobility across the Group is encouraged an is a good and fast way for busting your career.

    Cons

The Holding does not push enough the Local entities in following more profitable Business strategy.
Sometimes political decisions overriide business driven choices.

  2. "Very average pay, zero flexibility, bully mentality from Team Leaders."

I worked at Allianz full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly co-workers that would be considered friends. One Sales Manager that is helpful and friendly. Central location easily accessible by public transport.

    Cons

10 hour shifts on a Sunday. Low wage. Very little flexibility. Incredibly hard to qualify for "bonuses". Large percentage of Team Leaders posses a bully mentality and are intimidating to approach.

    Advice to Management

Hire casual/part time staff to cover sick days and weekends. The reason the turn around is so high is the long trading hours, low pay and no flexibility.
