Pros

the pay is ok for a second household income, 13.50/hour. I have met alot of wonderful people, and have become friends with a few. These aren't people I would go out with or invite over for dinner, but they are nice to know for work. We have alot of the same interests when it comes to work and work ethics. There are alot of people working that need to work, but there are too many that are just there for the pay check and live with thier parents and dont need to work. There are alot of wonderful people there.

Cons

Management doesn't listen to what an employee has to say. Basically it is their way and nothing else

Advice to Management

listen to the employees and take into consideration what they may have to say

I have been working at Allied International Credit Corporation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good opportunity to get your foot in the door if you don't have much of a professional background.

    Cons

No pay raises (ie COLA) unless you promote then it isn't by that much more. Promotions aren't a regular thing. More focus on client and upper management wants and needs and not enough focus on those in the front line so there is a high turn over rate.

    Advice to Management

Use that money that you try to keep in the margins to keep the employees that really want to succeed and stay.

    Pros

The other staff members make the job

    Cons

Poor management, lack of opportunties to progress, very target driven, shifts tend to change last minute.

    Advice to Management

Find a shift pattern and stick to it to allow staff to plan their life.
