    Negative Outlook

I worked at Allied Rehab Hospital full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Looking back, I can't see anything good about working here. The only thing I ever felt good about was helping the patients. Oh, and maybe cashing in on the the employee discounted tickets to Hershey Park. But that's truly it.

    Cons

Be prepared to be completely wiped out at all times because you'll have to hulk around huge . Don't expect any help from the nurses, who enjoy sitting around in the nurses' station talking about their fad diets and how "they'll be ok in a swimsuit this year". If you ask for help, good luck with getting anyone to even acknowledge that you're asking.

    Advice to Management

Stop mollycoddling the nurses. Oh, and shut down Allied.
