    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Decent pay(around here it can get a lot worse), good supervisors, semi-regular company training, willing to work with on days off and occasional overtime, at my current site.

    Cons

The opposite of what I just said if one gets a bad site, inattentive and insulting supervisors, poor pay, either too much or no overtime(up to 30 hours in 2 weeks, or being 8 hours short on time, limited ability for time off and very low job satisfaction

    Advice to Management

Talk to the employees, some of your supervisors like my current are great, some like those in the past I have dealt with drag sites down and cause very high turnover rates.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

At some sites, the pay is decent.

    Cons

Local office management will fire an employee for conflict of interest, yet nepotism abounds throughout the Oakland office, either by marriage or blood. Generally, most site managers are clueless about what really goes on and really aren't interested.

    Advice to Management

Don't allow your area manager to marry an employee and promote her to management, when she has no clue which end is up. Also, corporate should make local offices have some accountability for their screw-ups..it will save you tons in legal fees for having to defend NLRB complaints, Labor Board actions, and other legal actions.
