I have been working at AlliedBarton full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Benefits after 90 days of full time employment, Will train for First Aid and CPR, Online training, Will pay for guard card

Cons

Weird hours, rules and regulations depend on your post as do your benefits, policies are not always clear

Advice to Management

Train your account managers better. Get them to deal with some of the more major issues with the officers. They need to listen and not just hand out write ups.

I worked at AlliedBarton part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good pay. Easy work. Easy to move up ladder.

    Cons

Long hours involving standing still, no breaks. Supervisors don't speak English well.

    Advice to Management

Move officers around a bit. Standing still for 14+ hours with just a half hour break is terrible and probably unhealthy.
