I have been working at AlliedBarton full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

AlliedBarton is a good place to start as an officer.

    Cons

When you are trying to move forward/up in your career someone is always holding you down. That is something that can come from above your direct supervisors head. Unless you have taken up a friendship with one of your supervisors who has friends is the best way to move up with AlliedBarton.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to evaluate management. If you want less turnover. Sit in on the interview process. Telling some what and where the jobs is, and if that a good place for them, does not mean they qualify for the position. Knowledge of expectations is what builds a great team. Also some people just aren't management material. Some of the managers just like to threaten others jobs, because that person thinks they have that authority. Personally I been shorten on my income since 2010. Not happy at all.
