I have been working at AlliedBarton part-time (More than a year)

Pros

The businesses AlliedBarton has contracts with are basically old folk homes, restaurants and hospitals. Easy going and minimal stress. They work around my other full-time jobs hours.

Cons

They pay is low. No yearly raises. Working at a hospital as security for 10.00/hr. is definitely not worth it. No Overtime.

Advice to Management

Increase the wages. Give yearly raises. I work at a location in Atlantic City, and for the threatening situations I've been I've seriously considered quitting because I am not ready to get stabbed for 9 dollars an hour. Especially when I'm not aloud to carry pepper spray.

    Pros

Use to be a good place to work then they got brain fog and greedy

    Cons

HR and District managers and other managers do not like to work they all take day shift And NEVER work a weekend it leaves no one to supervise or to check on employees
They love to visit each other during the day and go out to lunch while the employees get two 15 min. Breaks a day They take 30 min. lunch but usually they take one hour break they break the law every day buy having employees take just two 15 min breaks tell them to eat at their desk but don't let anyone see you eating and if someone does see them eating and reports it the supervisor makes you look stupid and says You know there's no eating at your desk!!!!!

    Advice to Management

Hello this is a business!! "management"gets the big bucks and all the perks for a reason, They should not work all the day shifts how can they supervise if they are at home
They should at least say work the 4-to midnight shift that way they can touch base with day shift and late night people you know keep a better eye on things but ya know they don't really care about the job or the employees at all, they want to sit and socialize look busy you know make it look good
They get more money better insurance oh yes and bonuses about $600 while the employees get $8.50. -$10 at most per hour they under bid just to get the contract ,what is that saying about your employees you have no respect for them they are not worth anything so you sell them out cheep..
