Pros

Fair pay and Benefits Good entry level jobs

Cons

- Do more with less and do it faster, you have to work at least 60 hrs a week on a regular basis just to keep yourself above water - and you better be available for your manager phone calls and email requests on the weekend - otherwise watch out... your services are no longer needed . - If you are not in the top 25% then leadership does not care about you and your job could be cut tomorrow. - Although leadership says they support work and family balance - watch out... if you truly use your personal time off - your job could be cut tomorrow. - Leadership prides itself in women and minority representation of employees - that is true in the entry level and 2nd and 3rd levels - however once you get to mid-level positions and specially bonus positions band E and above - that is no longer the case - if you don't believe me next time you go to an all department meeting or town hall meeting - look around and you will see the truth behind the numbers.

Pros

Consistent, busy, and you get to help people through tough situations and educate others on what it means to be protective. I am set schedule M-F and off on weekends.

Cons

Prices are a bit higher, and depending on how big your office is, you will be on the phone all day and feel drained afterwards.
