Pros

2012 EVP initiative the provided casual dress code on a daily basis, weather waivers for absent attendance and limited tardy including a recreation/relaxation room for lunch and breaks.

Cons

Express office had limited career opportunities unless you are willing to relocate. Compared to area market pay scale low. Mixed signals from management. Data unreliable for performance reviews.

Advice to Management

Employees routinely manipulated metrics to get rewards.

    Producers rewarded with $ and schedules

    Cons

    Upper management completely disconnected from employees. New management is moving to the philosophy of bringing young, dumb and cheap at the expense of customers. Very high school clique, you need to know somebody or you will be stuck

    Advice to Management

    Open your eyes and start caring about customers and employees more than share holders and profits
