I have been working at Allstate full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I work in the field so the flexibility with my position is great. The problem is getting the notice from the upper management, even when you do a great job, to see potential and move you up. Allstate is a good company but you gotta pay your dues with them to get anywhere.
Pros - Flexibility, Work-Life Balance, Benefits are decent

    Cons

Low Pay, Must really push and be in a good position to move up, Most positions and people they find replaceable, Sometimes the performance results you receive can be out of your control

    Advice to Management

Position your good employees for a career path and let them know that the company wants and needs them more often. Listen to the employees ideas more and pay your employees in comparison to industry standards and not below.
