Promote the good hard working employees without having to go through hoops and loops of applying and interviewing

    Pros

    benefits is the only one

    Cons

    Long calls count against you. Other employees don't do there work, so you have to or you get marked down for it if you don't.

    Advice to Management

    Why do some employees not get marked down for not doing their work? Of course if you don't do the work they didn't do, you get marked down or fired!

    I have been working at Allstate full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    The IS (Infrastructure Services) organization is going through a transition. The problem however us that the Directors do not have a clue on what to do.

    Cons

    - Bad Leadership with IS organization
    - Directors are running around with their heads cut off
    - The IT mid-leaders doing anything to please the directors
    - No raises for most of the employees though they shamelessly claim that this is a pay for performance company

    Advice to Management

    Listen, Pause and Proceed. How can you you transform if (all) of the directors are from the old regime? You may be impressed with the Mayhem commercial but your job is to create a positive environment
