Pros

Easy for someone that has worked in sales before or over the phone. Some of the best agents make over 5k in commissions alone. Most stay around the 1200-1500k average. Benefits are decent and the PTO is given all at once. PTO is also easy to request without approval from management (you manage how your pto will be spent).

Cons

There needs to be an automated way to check on commission payouts. You have to rely on a team to update a ln Excell sheet. Management change can be frequent depending on scheduling changes you make. Too many calls that are transferred to you from third parties trying to get you customers on the line that end up in wasted time and negative results for your metrics. Would be great to have part time positions.
