Pros
Esurance under Allstate, IN Ogden UT, has great management and company culture. We incorporated fun classroom games in training (I was a training assistant) and while that may not be everyone's cup of tea, it was something I valued greatly and saw new agents value as well. We had fantastic company volunteer programs in exchange for PTO as well as frequent lunches provided by the company, and bonus opportunities for product referrals in roles that were not commissioned. So, that was a nice incentive on top of an already great base for the area. Insurance work is rather intense and maybe not for everyone, but those who can look at things in a "black and white" view will thrive in Insurance, and Esurance by Allstate is a wonderful place to do so.
Cons
I felt that when I worked remotely (from home) and my management was changed from my home office to an out of state manager who didn't actually know me, I was left behind in a sense. This is more of. Reflection of 1 individual though and not the whole company, but I would recommend the company keep WAH agents managed by someone in their area so they can have the opportunity to meet in person when necessary.
